Michael McConnell’s practice involves all aspects of business litigation, including employment, real estate, breach of contract, wage and hour, trade secrets, and class action litigation. Mr. McConnell has represented corporate clients of all sizes as well as individuals through all stages of civil litigation, from inception through trial. Mr. McConnell also has extensive experience litigating in both state and federal court as well as in arbitration. Prior to joining Levinson, Arshonsky, Kurtz & Komsky, LLP, Mr. McConnell developed his litigation skills at a boutique business litigation firm in Orange County.
Mr. McConnell was born and raised in Mission Viejo, California, and enjoys traveling, hiking, and keeping his piano skills sharp.
Mr. McConnell graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.A. in political science in 2014, then went on to earn his J.D. from the University of California, Irvine School of Law in 2017. During his time at UCI Law, Mr. McConnell served on the inaugural staff of the UCI Law Journal of International, Transnational, and Comparative Law.
